新媒體動畫是伴隨著新媒體日益盛行而從動畫創作中逐漸分離出來的一種新型動畫創作形式。它服務於新媒體文化的宣傳，應用領域廣泛且特徵鮮明。它的創作方式及目的也不同於一般的動畫製作，且普通動畫創作已不能適應新媒體發展的需求等等。在這些情況下，伴隨而來的是新媒體動畫創作人才的短缺，而這與現今動畫市場就業率低下的局面構成了矛盾的關係。這對於高校來說，如何培養出適應新媒體發展所需的動畫人才便成了新媒體專業發展所面臨的迫切問題之一。所以，本研究結合浙江師範大學“新媒體動畫人才培養與多元評價創新實踐”的課堂改革研究經驗，來探討新媒體動畫人才創新培養改革的特點及方法。得出有關“CDIO”工程教學理論與專案化教學、多元評價等教學方式在新媒體實踐教學中的具體應用。為推廣新媒體動畫專案化教學、培育新媒體動畫專業人才和形成培養創新的教育環境做好改革準備。 New media animation is accompanied by the growing popularity of new media is gradually separated from the animation out of a new creative form animation.
