    Abstract: 摻鐿光纖雷射使用半導體雷射作為幫浦光源,以光纖光柵做為共振腔,結合半導體雷射、摻鐿光纖與光纖光柵的優點,摻鐿光纖雷射不但體積小、壽命長、效率高、散熱佳、模態品質佳。
    本論文以975 nm之半導體?射作端面幫浦雙纖衣摻鐿光纖,以光纖光柵作為共振腔,我們成功產生波長1064 nm的連續波?射,斜率效率可達62.8%;我們針對光纖的溫度做控制,觀察溫度對1064 nm雷射的影響,包含輸出波長、頻寬、閥值、效率、穩定度…等。
    Using the laser diode as the pump source and the Fiber Brag Grating (FBG) as resonator, Ytterbium-doped fiber laser is a compact and long-lifetime laser source. Due to the good dissipation of fiber, Yb:fiber laser has good mode quality and high efficiency.
    In this paper, a 975-nm laser diode was used to end-pumped a double-cladding Yb:fiber. We successfully generated a 1064-nm continuous-wave laser by using FBG as the resonator, the slope efficiency is 82.8%. The temperature of the Yb:fiber was controlled and the laser wavelength, bandwidth, threshold, efficiency and stability were measured.
