本論文以975 nm之半導體?射作端面幫浦雙纖衣摻鐿光纖，以光纖光柵作為共振腔，我們成功產生波長1064 nm的連續波?射，斜率效率可達62.8%；我們針對光纖的溫度做控制，觀察溫度對1064 nm雷射的影響，包含輸出波長、頻寬、閥值、效率、穩定度…等。 Using the laser diode as the pump source and the Fiber Brag Grating (FBG) as resonator, Ytterbium-doped fiber laser is a compact and long-lifetime laser source. Due to the good dissipation of fiber, Yb:fiber laser has good mode quality and high efficiency.
In this paper, a 975-nm laser diode was used to end-pumped a double-cladding Yb:fiber. We successfully generated a 1064-nm continuous-wave laser by using FBG as the resonator, the slope efficiency is 82.8%. The temperature of the Yb:fiber was controlled and the laser wavelength, bandwidth, threshold, efficiency and stability were measured.
