    Abstract: 本研究以三種十字花科植物各部位為培植體,測試在不同植物生長調節劑組合之培養基的培養狀況,以探討癒合組織及不定芽之再生作用。其結果如下:
    (一) 阿拉伯芥可使用葉柄為培植體,以MS培養基添加NAA 0.5 ppm、BA 1 ppm做癒合組織誘導,隨後將帶綠點的癒合組織移植到添加iPA 1 ppm+IAA 0.1或0.2 ppm 之MS培養基中以誘導發根、養成植株,約45天後可生成植株。
    (二) 蘿蔔可使用子葉為培植體,以MS培養基添加kinetin 1 ppm做癒合組織誘導,約7天後,癒合組織的生成達100 %。
    (三) 小白菜則使用葉柄為培植體,以MS培養基添加NAA 5ppm、kinetin 0.5 ppm做癒合組織誘導,約7天後,癒合組織的生成達90 %。
    This study was intended to use various part of three species of Brassicaceae as the receptacle to induce the callus and adventitious bud regeneration.To reach the purpose of this study, we composited MS medium with various concentration of plant growth regulators to determine the efficiency of callus induction and bud regeneration. Results as follows:
    1.The petiole of Arabidopsis thaliana as the receptacle, can be induced callus formation by MS medium added with NAA 0.5 ppm & BA 1 ppm, then transplant the callus to MS medium added with iPA 1 ppm & IAA 0.1 /0.2 ppm to induce root and shoot formation. A complete plantlet will be observed after 45days.
    2. The cotyledon of turnip as the receptacle, can be induced callus formation by MS medium added with kinetin 1 ppm.100 % receptacles form callus after 7 days.
    3. The petiole of cabbage as the receptacle, can be induced callus formation by MS medium added with NAA 5 ppm & Kinetin 0.5 ppm.90% receptacles form callus after 7 days.
    In this experiment, A plantlet can be observed in Arabidopsis thaliana . The turnip and cabbage can only develop to the callus formation and with the bud formation accidentally, but it need to work hard in the aspects of plant cultivate.
